3D PVC coated fence panel is a welded wire mesh. It is made of high quality low carbon steel wire, galvanized wire or stainless steel wire connected with metal column. The 3D guardrail panel adopts a V-shaped curved curve, which is full of modernity. Sturdy and smooth guardrails are mainly used for the safety protection of construction sites, residential buildings, sports fields, warehouses, highways or airport service areas, railway stations and other places.

Production Process

PVC Coated Security Fencing use galvanized wire 4-5mm in diameter, 200-250m horizontal line spacing, 4-5mm diameter galvanized wire, and centerline vertical lines between 20mm and 43mm to form a V-shape Unique panel pattern of grid outlines.

 

The uprights are centered at a nominal 3.025m and have factory installed inserts. The mesh fence panels are attached by sturdy steel fixing brackets and M8 diameter tamper-proof bolts. The unique mounting bracket design enables the panel to be stepped to accommodate uneven ground conditions.

 

'V' Section beams are pressed horizontally into each mesh fencing panel to give even greater rigidity and strength.

 

The PVC Coated Security Fencing product range is complemented by all the essential accessories and parts for building fences, including posts, tension wire, tensioners, post clamps, and barb wire. Mostostal Met also manufactures non-standard fence gates and wickets on special request.
